Location: Hybrid (Bengaluru – Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar)
Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM (IST) | Extendable upto 9-10 PM (IST) for Teams calls with the US-based team
Total Experience: 4-8 years

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and implement predictive models to support business decision-making
🔹 Build and deploy machine learning algorithms to solve real-world problems
🔹 Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques
🔹 Work with Python, R, and Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis and visualization
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights
🔹 Continuously improve machine learning models for accuracy and efficiency
🔹 Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
🔹 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist in Predictive Modelling and Machine Learning
🔹 Strong proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and model development
🔹 Hands-on experience with Jupyter notebooks for data exploration
🔹 Strong understanding of Statistics, Probability, and Hypothesis Testing
🔹 Expertise in data wrangling and working with large datasets
🔹 Ability to create impactful data-driven visualizations and communicate insights
🔹 Proven experience as an individual contributor and a team player
Nice to Have:
🔹 Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn
🔹 Knowledge of SQL for data querying
🔹 Experience with big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, AWS ML services
🔹 Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
