Position Title: Taxation Head
Experience : 3-8 Years
Location : New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company’s tax strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee all tax compliance activities, including corporate tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and international taxation.
Manage tax filings, audits, and reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, assessing their impact and advising management on necessary actions.
Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize the organization’s tax position and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and risk management.
Provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions from a tax perspective.
Develop and mentor a high-performing tax team, fostering continuous learning and development.
Liaise with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
