Job Summary: 
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Executive to ensure the  accuracy, relevance, and quality of our training content. The ideal candidate will have  a strong background in computer science, experience in developing and  scrutinizing online content, and proficiency in Learning Management Systems  (LMS). A strong command of English is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities: 
∙ Review and validate training content's accuracy, clarity, and consistency in emerging technologies like AI, Data Science, ML, and Robotics. 
∙ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for online  learning materials. 
∙ Conduct thorough content audits to identify errors, inconsistencies, and  outdated information. 
∙ Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and content  developers to enhance the quality of training materials. 
∙ Ensure all content is well-structured, grammatically accurate, and aligned with  the latest technological advancements. 
∙ Oversee content integration within LMS and troubleshoot content-related  issues.
∙ Maintain documentation of quality control processes and suggest  improvements for content development workflows. 
∙ Conduct user feedback analysis to enhance training materials based on  learner experiences. 
∙ Coordinate with external vendor for video editing and content vetting

Required Qualifications & Skills: 
∙ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or technological field. 
∙ Minimum 2 year of experience in Quality control/ Quality check, specifically working with Edtech or IT training companies. 
∙ Proven experience in content quality control, editing, or development for  online training materials. 
∙ Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). 
∙ Strong command of English with excellent proofreading and editing skills  (Mandatory). 
∙ Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Data Science, ML, and  Robotics. 
∙ Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
∙ Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high content quality  standards.
