Job Role - Product Innovation Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products that align with market demands.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product alignment with user expectations.
Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and new features.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and customers to facilitate product adoption and usage.
Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and training materials.
