Overview: The Risk Assurance Specialist is responsible for evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of risk management processes within an organization. This role involves conducting audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Prepare detailed reports on risk findings and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitate training sessions on risk management practices for staff.
