Job Title: Project Manager/Development Lead/Technical Manager
Experience - 3-8 years
Location - New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Lead software development projects from conception to deployment.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report regularly to senior leadership.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum practices and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Mentor, guide, and manage a team of developers and engineers.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide scalable, maintainable solutions.
Manage risk and resolve issues to ensure project success.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
