Job Title: Admission Counselor
Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and empathetic Admission Counselors to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. You will play a key role in representing our university's programs, building strong relationships with students and their families, and supporting overall admission goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment.
• Provide clear and accurate information about designing courses and university offerings.
• Address questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain and update prospect databases; follow up on leads regularly.
• Support the planning and execution of admission events (open houses, webinars, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Admission Manager to achieve team enrollment targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Passion for education and helping students succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Marketing, or Management preferred).
• Experience in admissions, counseling, or education-related roles.
• Knowledge of the local education landscape in Ahmedabad.
