Job Description
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to develop technical proposals and commercial quotations
Evaluate customer inquiries and RFQs (Request for Quotations) from a technical and financial perspective
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell solutions
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning
Support product development and improvement by providing feedback from the market
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Maintain accurate records of all sales and technical interactions
