Job Description
Evaluate and improve operational processes in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinical efficiency, patient outcomes, and cost management
Conduct data analysis and reporting on healthcare quality metrics
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and CMS
Collaborate with stakeholders including physicians, administrators, and IT teams
Provide training and support on new systems and best practices
Support healthcare IT system implementations and process transformations
Deliver presentations and written reports to clients on findings and recommendations
