Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with leaders to address specific challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in the development of leadership skills through tailored coaching programs and workshops.
  • Provide feedback and assessments to help leaders identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Support leaders in setting and achieving personal and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate discussions around team dynamics and emotional intelligence to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align coaching initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor progress and adjust coaching strategies based on individual and team performance metrics.
