Job Description
Develop and execute comprehensive DEI strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to embed inclusive practices across recruitment, retention, and promotion.
Lead employee resource groups (ERGs) and DEI councils to support underrepresented groups.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement in diversity and inclusion.
Design and deliver DEI training programs, workshops, and educational content.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local diversity-related regulations.
Partner with external organizations to build community outreach and pipeline development initiatives.
Measure and report on the impact of DEI initiatives to stakeholders and leadership.
