Job Description
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning objectives.
Maintain relationships with staffing agencies, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain HR compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Analyze and report on staffing metrics (time-to-fill, turnover rates, sourcing effectiveness, etc.).
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and/or staffing specialists.
Support internal employee retention initiatives and strategies.
