Job Description
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and strategic objectives.
Oversee daily operations of the company across multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Customer Service.
Design and execute business processes to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
Lead performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving the organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure company compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
