Job Description
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing talent acquisition team
Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and hiring priorities
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding
Optimize and manage ATS platforms and other recruitment technologies
Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) to drive continuous improvement
Champion employer branding initiatives and build strong talent pipelines
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal policies
Promote diversity hiring practices and foster an inclusive recruitment approach
