Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.

Conduct regular meetings with department heads to align on recruitment priorities and timelines.

Sourcing and Recruitment:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.

Implement initiatives to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement changes as necessary.
