Job Description
Design and implement end-to-end HR analytics solutions to address business challenges.
Lead data collection, cleaning, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and scorecards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Analyze data related to employee engagement, retention, turnover, diversity and inclusion, and talent acquisition.
Use predictive modeling and statistical analysis to forecast workforce trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and translate them into actionable insights.
Ensure data governance, compliance, and privacy best practices are followed.
Drive continuous improvement in people metrics, analytics tools, and reporting processes.
