Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle implementation of HR systems, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and develop system specifications.
- Customize and configure HR software to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR system issues.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Stay current with HR technology trends and best practices to advise on improvements.
