Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our coworking space team in Okhla. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients ranging from startups to corporates.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and occupancy for the coworking space in Okhla.

Generate and nurture leads through online platforms, broker networks, walk-ins, and corporate outreach.

Conduct space tours, present offerings, and close deals with clients.

Build and maintain relationships with startups, SMEs, and large enterprises.

Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and meet revenue targets.

Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in coworking company
Strong network of brokers and corporates in Delhi NCR is a plus.
