Job Description
Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership teams to implement performance management frameworks.
Assist in the design and execution of employee performance evaluations, dashboards, and scorecards.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
Ensure performance reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with business goals.
Support talent management, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives through analytics.
Maintain performance-related databases and ensure data integrity.
Conduct benchmarking studies to compare internal performance with industry standards.
