About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI technologies, with hands-on experience in deploying models at scale using modern cloud platforms. You will play a crucial role in building, optimizing, and integrating intelligent systems into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions across various business use cases
• Apply state-of-the-art techniques in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Work with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI (Gemini), or Claude
• Perform data wrangling, preprocessing, and feature engineering using tools like NumPy and Pandas
• Deploy and scale AI models using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Monitor and improve model performance in production environments
• Ensure best practices in AI/ML model lifecycle management, including MLOps, CI/CD, versioning, and explainability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Proficiency in Python and deep experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning principles
• Cloud experience with platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI deployment
• Proficient in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP or Computer Vision models
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning or transformer-based architectures (LLMs)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and deployment pipelines (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or peer-reviewed publications
• Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development
