Job Description: Logistics Manager

Experience : 3-8 years

Location : New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and monitor the overall logistics strategy to optimize efficiency and performance

Oversee and manage inventory levels, warehouse operations, and material handling processes

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers and retail locations

Select and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and freight carriers

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery time, shipping costs, and inventory turnover

Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, sales, and customer service to ensure smooth supply chain operations

Manage import/export documentation, compliance, and customs clearance processes

Develop and maintain logistics budgets and drive cost-reduction initiatives

Lead, train, and develop the logistics team to achieve performance goals

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and transportation laws
