Job Description: Cybersecurity Manager
Experience : 3-8 years
Location : New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and procedures.
Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing initiatives.
Oversee incident response, security monitoring, and threat intelligence gathering.
Manage compliance with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and SOX.
Coordinate security awareness training and phishing simulations for employees.
Supervise daily operations of the cybersecurity team including SIEM operations, IDS/IPS, and firewall management.
Evaluate and implement security technologies and tools (e.g., EDR, DLP, MFA, IAM).
Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure secure application development and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Prepare detailed security reports, metrics, and documentation for audits and executive review.
