Job Description: Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Experience : 3-8 years

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership to all medical departments, ensuring high standards of clinical care.

Develop and implement medical policies, procedures, and best practices.

Oversee clinical governance, patient safety programs, and quality improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with executive leadership to align medical services with overall business strategy.

Ensure compliance with medical regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).

Recruit, mentor, and manage clinical staff and department heads.

Monitor healthcare trends and advise on new technologies or treatments.

Manage budgets related to medical operations and control costs without compromising care quality.

Represent the organization in clinical forums, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements.

Lead crisis management efforts in health emergencies or public health issues.
