Job Title: Health Informatics Specialist
Experience : 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities:
Compliance and Security:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other data protection laws.
Implement security measures to protect sensitive health information from breaches.
Quality Improvement:
Analyze health data to identify trends, outcomes, and areas for improvement in patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to healthcare staff on the use of health information systems and data management practices.
Develop user manuals and training materials to facilitate system adoption.
Interoperability:
Promote interoperability between different health information systems to facilitate seamless data exchange.
Work on standardizing data formats and protocols to enhance communication among healthcare providers.
System Implementation:
Design, implement, and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems and other health information technologies.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure systems meet clinical needs and regulatory requirements.
Data Management:
Collect, analyze, and interpret health data to support clinical decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of health information.
