Job Title: Insurance Risk Manager
Experience : 3-8 years
Location : New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement insurance risk management strategies and policies.
Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Analyze insurance coverage and assess gaps or redundancies in policies.
Manage insurance renewals, claims, and settlements with insurers and brokers.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to evaluate contract risks.
Maintain documentation and reports on risk exposure and claims history.
Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices affecting insurance.
Liaise with insurers and negotiate terms, premiums, and coverage.
Conduct internal risk assessments and audits to reduce claims and losses.
Educate stakeholders on insurance coverage, limitations, and procedures.
