Job Title: Public Health Program Manager
Experience : 3-8years
Location : New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement public health programs targeting community health improvement.
Conduct needs assessments, data analysis, and evidence-based planning.
Monitor program KPIs, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
Coordinate with local health departments, community partners, and government agencies.
Lead grant writing, budgeting, and resource allocation for public health initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health regulations, ethical guidelines, and best practices.
Develop educational materials and oversee community outreach campaigns.
Supervise and support program staff, interns, and volunteers.
Evaluate program effectiveness and report findings to stakeholders and funders.
Promote health equity, disease prevention, and behavioral health interventions.
