Branch Manager Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the branch.
Manage and evaluate branch staff performance, including conducting performance evaluations and providing training.
Set and achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Handle escalated customer issues and complaints.
Analyze financial reports and manage budgets.
Implement cost-saving measures.
Provide training and development for staff.
Foster a productive and positive work environment.
Monitor financial performance.
Ensure safety and security within the branch.
