Job Title: Training and Development Manager
Experience : 3-8 years
Location : New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations
Design, implement, and oversee training programs (online, in-person, or blended) for employees at all levels
Develop and manage budgets for training programs and workshops
Select and manage external training vendors and consultants as needed
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and ROI using data and feedback
Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Coach and mentor managers and team leaders in training delivery and employee development
Ensure training materials and programs are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in training and adult learning
