Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Advise students and families on college and career choices, including admission requirements and application processes.
Facilitate communication between schools and parents to ensure alignment on educational goals.
Evaluate existing educational programs and analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with educators to design curricula that meet local, state, and federal standards.
Provide strategic advice on academic and extracurricular activities to enhance student profiles for competitive admissions.
Organize community outreach programs and workshops to foster partnerships between schools and local organizations.
Stay updated on current educational policies, regulations, and trends to provide informed guidance.
