Job Description: Career Development Specialist
Location - New Delhi
Experience - 3-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to assess interests, skills, and professional goals
Assist clients with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
Design and implement career development workshops, seminars, and presentations
Provide guidance on career path planning, skills assessment, and market trends
Collaborate with academic institutions, training providers, and employers to create career pathways
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on employment trends, industry demands, and labor market data
Utilize tools like career assessments, psychometric tests, and job-matching platforms
Track and report on client progress and outcomes using career services software
Promote internship and apprenticeship opportunities for skill development
Develop career resource materials and maintain a digital/physical career resource center
