Job Description: Human – computer Interaction ( HCI) specialist
Location - New Delhi
Experience - 3-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, usability testing, and task analysis to inform design decisions
Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Apply cognitive psychology and ergonomic principles to design intuitive interfaces
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and product teams to implement human-centered design strategies
Analyze and interpret user feedback and usage data to drive continuous improvements
Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and cross-platform usability
Create and maintain documentation, such as personas, journey maps, and design specifications
Evaluate the effectiveness of designs through A/B testing and other empirical methods
Stay updated with HCI trends, emerging technologies, and interaction models (e.g., AR/VR, voice, gesture)
