Job Description: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location - New Delhi
Experience - 3-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments
Collaborate with department heads and HRBP to define hiring needs and job descriptions
Source potential candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, job boards, and employee referrals
Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and shortlist for further interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for tracking and reporting
Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio)
Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus engagement programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws, diversity hiring practices, and internal policies
Support onboarding processes and improve candidate experience
