Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial planning and reporting.

Implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans.

Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting:

Generate and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including key performance indicators (KPIs).

Financial Analysis:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process, including the preparation of budget templates and guidelines.

Develop and maintain financial forecasts, analyzing variances between actual and forecasted results.
