Job Title: Java Production Support Engineer
Experience: 2+ Years (Banking Domain Preferred)
Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Joining: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Java Production Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience to support, troubleshoot, and maintain Java-based applications in production environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in Java applications.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams for issue resolution and updates.
Analyze root causes, debug code, and manage incident tickets.
Participate in daily standups and cross-functional coordination.
Maintain documentation and provide on-call support for critical incidents.
Recommend performance improvements and support tuning activities.

Required Skills:

Proficient in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate
Experience with REST APIs, SQL, and RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with Git, Tomcat, JBoss, or WebLogic
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in Java application support
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
Knowledge of Agile, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace)
