Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Experience : 1-5 years

Key Responsibilities:
rovide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN.
Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset management records.
Manage and support Windows/Linux operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications.
Assist with user account management, including password resets and permission assignments.
Monitor and respond to IT helpdesk tickets and service requests in a timely manner.
Ensure data backups, recovery procedures, and IT security protocols are followed.
Support remote users and troubleshoot remote access tools and software.
