Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience in mobile application projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring mobile apps are user-centric, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct user interviews, workshops, and market research to define app features and user journeys.
• Documentation:
  • Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
  • Maintain product backlog and ensure clarity for development teams.
• Wireframing & Prototyping:
  • Work with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes and mockups.
  • Validate designs against business requirements and user expectations.
• Project Coordination:
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, developers, QA, and designers.
  • Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Testing & Validation:
  • Assist in UAT planning and execution.
  • Validate that the developed mobile app meets business requirements and user expectations.
• Analytics & Optimization:
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for mobile apps.
  • Analyze app performance and user feedback to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and app lifecycle.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel).
• Familiarity with APIs, backend systems, and mobile app architecture.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies is a plus.
