Job Title- Senior Manager Sales

Roles and Responsibility
A. Drive B2C Sales
● Engage with local farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and community stakeholders to find
leads who will be interested in purchasing AgriTech products.
● Plan and execute BTL activities such as events, roadshows, demos, and community outreach
programs to create direct engagement opportunities with farmers.
● Drive lead generation through various channels, including telecalling, field activities, demos,
etc.
B. Build B2B Sales Network
● Dealer Identification
Conduct market research and use own network to identify potential AgriTech’s
dealers/entrepreneurs.
Execute targeted campaigns and distribute promotional materials to attract potential dealers.
● Dealer Onboarding
Conduct initial meetings and presentations to educate potential dealers about our products,
pricing, ROI, benefits, and dealership agreement.
Negotiate dealer agreements and manage dealer onboarding.
● Dealer Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, providing ongoing support and guidance in
spare parts supply, training, technology and machinery to ensure their success.
● Demand Generation for Dealer:
Supporting Dealer in events, demos and community outreach programs
C. Government, Institutional & Financing Partnerships
Leverage government schemes, institutional channels, and financing options to drive large-scale sales
and adoption among farmer groups.
