• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential
clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients
through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and
digital outreach.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong
relationships with existing clients while developing new relationships to
expand our client portfolio.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create compelling
and customized proposals that address the unique needs of clients and
demonstrate the agency’s capabilities.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually
beneficial agreements are reached, and contracts are successfully closed.
• Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and relevant forums to
represent the agency, build brand awareness, and establish connections
within the PR and business communities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the PR and Marketing teams to align
business development strategies with the agency’s overall objectives.
Required Candidate profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related
field.
• Proven track record of successful business development in the PR or related
industry.
• Must have experience with PR sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasing Personality and ability to handle sales within defined guidelines.
• Good PR, Social, and Networking Skills to enhance the customer base
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
