Interact with users & developers to understand the scope of work
Monitor applications & software systems
Carry out stress testing, performance testing, functional testing and scalability testing
Write & execute test scripts
Run manual & automated tests
Test in different environments
Troubleshoot & problem solve
Design tests to mitigate risks
