Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Manage the centre ensuring high quality business activities.
• Contribute to training and Development of the team.
• Manage direct and monitor overall performance of the centre.
• Developing plans for the centre progress and growth.
• Supporting all other department with and related issues.
• Subject to agreed criteria recruitment training set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development coaching and general activities of whole team members to ensure targets are met.
• Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision accountability and review
• Maintain accurate records..

Essential Abilities:-

• Leadership with ability to drive a center and team.
• Proven ability to coach and develop others.
• High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Full driving license.
• Travelling is required base on the need of centre.
