  • Coordinate with various departments or teams within the center to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.
  • Staff Leadership and Development:
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate center staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities, provide guidance and support, and promote teamwork among employees.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to facilitate professional growth and enhance employee performance.
  • Customer Service and Relations:

  • Utilize various channels, such as social media, websites, newsletters, and local partnerships, to raise awareness and drive traffic to the center.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the local community, building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying partnership opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop long-term strategic plans and objectives for the center, aligning them with the overall organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, assess competition, and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Qualifications and Requirements:
