Job Description:
Position Overview: The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a key role within our organization, responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing business opportunities to drive company growth. The BDE plays a vital part in building and maintaining relationships with clients, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive opportunities. Stay informed about market developments and changes.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Develop a pipeline of potential clients and maintain accurate records.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities. Understand client needs and offer solutions that align with company offerings.
Sales and Presentation: Present company products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing client concerns. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients. Ensure agreements meet company guidelines and standards.
Sales Targets: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. Monitor and report progress regularly.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, provide feedback, and support marketing campaigns that drive business development.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns, and communicate them to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion. Explore new sectors or regions for business growth.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress reports. Provide regular reports to management.
