Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and the Django framework.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to gather project requirements and provide technical insights.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Django best practices.
4. Perform code reviews, offer constructive feedback to team members, and ensure code quality.
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application performance.
6. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
7. Implement security best practices to protect data and user privacy.
8. Develop and maintain unit tests and automated testing procedures.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest Django and Python development trends and best practices.
10. Document code, workflows, and project progress effectively.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven 2-4 years of professional experience as a Python Developer with a strong focus on Django development.
3. Proficiency in Python and Django, with a deep understanding of the Django ORM.
4. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integrating them with Django.
5. Strong knowledge of database systems, particularly SQL databases.
6. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
7. Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
