Job Title: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed.

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients/customers through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans for business growth.
  • Provide input into product/service development based on client feedback and market demands.

Lead Generation:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Address customer concerns and act as a liaison between clients and the internal teams.

Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining the benefits and value of the company's products/services.
  • Customize proposals based on client needs and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field OR B.Tech in Engineering.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
