Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed.
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients/customers through proactive outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans for business growth.
- Provide input into product/service development based on client feedback and market demands.
Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Address customer concerns and act as a liaison between clients and the internal teams.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining the benefits and value of the company's products/services.
- Customize proposals based on client needs and feedback.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field OR B.Tech in Engineering.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
