Responsibilities:
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all brand communications, both internal and external, adhere to established brand guidelines. This includes visual elements, messaging, and tone.
Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, such as marketing, design, and public relations, to ensure that all brand-related initiatives align with the overall brand strategy.
Communication: Facilitate clear communication of the brand's values, mission, and goals to both internal teams and external partners. This involves creating and distributing brand-related materials and information.
Monitoring and Analysis: Keep track of brand performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends. Conduct analyses to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Project Management: Coordinate the execution of various brand-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This may include product launches, marketing campaigns, or events.
Brand Guidelines: Develop and update brand guidelines as needed. Ensure that all teams are aware of and adhere to these guidelines in their respective activities. Brand Representation:
Act as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally. Represent the brand's values and standards in all interactions.
Quality Control: Review all brand-related materials, such as advertisements, social media posts, and product packaging, to ensure they align with the brand's image and message.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to strengthen the brand's presence in the market.
Problem Resolution: Address any issues or discrepancies that may arise in brand-related activities promptly and effectively.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this information to make strategic recommendations for the brand.
Requirements and skills
• Proven working experience as Brand coordinator or Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
• Outstanding communication skills (English & Hindi both)
• Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Degree in marketing or a related field
