Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of a scalable and maintainable automation framework.
2. Act as a subject matter expert in test automation, providing guidance to the QA team and development teams.
3. Define and enforce automation best practices, coding standards, and guidelines.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for test automation in new and existing projects.
5. Drive initiatives to improve overall software quality and testing efficiency.
6. Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance the automation process.
7. Provide training and workshops to the QA and development teams on automation concepts and tools.

Requirements (Applicable Throughout):

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Proven experience in automated testing using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
3. Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
4. Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
5. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
