Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Provide strategic direction for technology initiatives, ensuring they contribute to the organization's growth and competitiveness.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Recruit, train, and retain top-tier talent to build a high-performing technology team.
Innovation and Research:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends relevant to the industry.
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies that can enhance the company's products, services, and processes.
Technology Infrastructure:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of systems and applications.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with other C-level executives, department heads, and key stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technological solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the technology team and other departments.
Project Management:
- Manage and prioritize technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's digital assets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the technology domain.
Vendor Management:
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external technology vendors and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure optimal service and value.
Budgeting:
- Develop and manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation to meet strategic objectives.
- Provide financial oversight for technology-related expenditures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
