Provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage the annual budget for administrative operations.
Monitor expenditures and ensure fiscal responsibility in alignment with institutional goals.
Personnel Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting professional development and teamwork.
Facilities and Resources:
Manage the allocation and utilization of facilities and resources efficiently.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure optimal utilization of space and equipment.
Student Services:
Oversee student services, including admissions, registration, and academic records.
Collaborate with departments to enhance student experience and support services.
Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop, review, and update institutional policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in higher education administration, business administration, or a related field.
Several years of progressive administrative experience in an academic setting.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in higher education administration.
Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
