About the role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Expert with D2C experience in the health and
wellness category with a minimum of 2+ years of experience to join our team. As a Facebook
Ads Expert, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing effective Facebook
advertising campaigns to meet our objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand advertising goals, target audience, and
campaign objectives.
• Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including ad set-up, targeting, and budget
allocation.
• Conduct thorough competitor analysis to inform ad strategies.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns to optimize for key metrics, including
click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and return on ad
spend (ROAS)
• A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and ad copy to determine the most effective
messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends, algorithms, and best
practices.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights, demonstrating the impact of
Facebook ad campaigns.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Facebook advertising.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in handling min 30Lacs per months of ad spend
