Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Follow a structured script to present information about the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts.
- Maintain a high level of awareness of market trends and customer needs.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Stay updated on product/service enhancements and modifications.
- Sales Pitch:
- Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches to encourage customer interest.
- Address customer queries and objections effectively.
- Sales Closure:
- Close sales deals by guiding customers through the purchasing process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and leads in the CRM system.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process.
- Share insights and feedback to improve overall sales strategies.
- Follow-Up:
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales or a related field (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
